Terms of Service
Our Terms of Service became effective
January 2006 and remains in effect.

Delivery
1-We will
guarantee delivery on the date
requested if you have placed your
order at least 48 hours as
required before delivery date with
all the necessary delivery
information.
2- We reserve the right to deliver
before delivery date
during peak seasons. If your order is for delivery on
a Holiday or during peak
seasons, please allow more time
for delivery. We recommend
that you order a few days in
advance to the occasion
during the high seasons' rush.
3- Sometimes we telephone the recipients prior to delivering
to confirm directions and coordinate delivery time. So
if your order is a surprise you need to advise us first.
4-We are not able to guarantee a
specific time of
delivery. Remote or rural areas may require additional
delivery time.
5- Because of the nature of our
products, same day delivery is not possible. Our
products are made to order the day before delivery. We
require you place your order at least 48 hours before
the delivery date.
6- In the event any of the
following circumstances should
occur to interrupt delivery we
will contact you either for
cancellation or to re-schedule the
delivery date:
- Under Tropical
Storm, Hurricane, Floods or any
other event categorized under "The
Act of God" -
Read Carefully:
We
are not responsible for the
following situations during
delivery. You will incur in
paying a second delivery charge if
we need to redeliver because of any
of the following situations:
* Delivery to misleading and/or
incorrect addresses.
* Failing to provide correct contact
phone numbers. [client and recipient
phone contacts]
* Unsuccessful deliveries arising
from the recipient not being
present at the time of delivery,
even if we have called to
coordinate such.
* Distressed
product because of lost time for
any of the reasons above. [very
unlikely]
We always
collect the recipients signature as proof of
delivery.
Product
Guarantee:
At
Chocolates Bloom™ we
make an effort to provide our
clients with exactly the product
ordered.
We reserve the right to change
colors if the exact one chosen is
not available, but always
maintaining the same quality and
design concept. The color change
will not affect the flavors
selected.
Prices:
The prices of our products do not
include the 7% sales tax or delivery
charge. These are calculated
automatically once at the shopping
cart during checkout.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Chocolates Bloom™ does not allow
orders to be cancelled within
24
hours
of the requested delivery date
or within 7 days
during peak seasons such as:
Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's
Day or Father's Day, because of the
extremely high volume of orders
during these seasons and the nature
of our fresh baked products.
We do not refund your credit card
unless there has been a fault on our
behalf, [very unlikely]. Otherwise
you will be issued a refund towards
your next purchase. Or a product
replacement.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
If
for any reason the recipient should
encounter a problem with any of our
products, we will happily re-deliver
another of the same value once we
have studied the situation.
