Is my delivery guaranteed?
Yes! All hand deliveries are guaranteed and backed up
by our 100%
money back if your bouquet is not delivered on the date
requested.
What chocolates are used in the
bouquets?
At Chocolates Bloom™
we only use quality chocolates. Our chocolate is Kosher
certified. We do not use candy coatings.
Can I ask you to change the chocolate
on my order?
Yes, by calling us you can make your special request.
Can I ask you to add an additional
gift to my order?
Yes. If you wish to add an additional gift to your order
such as balloons,
a plush, a bottle of wine or bubbly you need to call in your
order.
Can I ask you to deliver at a specific
time?
No. We cannot promise specific hourly times for
deliveries. A time "frame" yes. For example:
AM before Noon or After Noon before 5:00pm.
All of our deliveries are from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Why don't you ship to other countries?
Our Bloom Bouquets are made with chocolate that is susceptible
to extreme temperatures.
Your package would
need to be cool packed and sent
via expedited delivery which is quite expensive.
What happens if a problem arises with
my delivery?
We will contact you immediately. That is why it is so
important that
you provide us with correct contact phone numbers.
Especially cell
phone and office phone numbers.
If the person is not home can you
leave the gift at the door?
NO!!! Because of the nature of our products, and because
we collect
signatures upon delivery, and for security of your gift we
will not leave
it at the door. In any event, we can leave it with a
neighbor.
Why are the bouquets so pricy?
Each and every one of our bouquets are fresh baked, hand
dipped hand assembled. This is a
very delicate and time consuming procedure.
